Administering the shop is again a very easy process.
When you first set up the shop, several parameters are set which will help you to manage the shop.
Although this is straightforward, to help you get the most out of the shop, we would guide you through the set-up process.
Publishing products or services to the shop is managed via on-line forms. You can add, edit or delete stock, choose categores, pricing options, stock detail and other information such as sizing, colour and other custom details can be set. a thumbnail image should be used for most products, and you can upload this at this time, Help files let you know what size and format of pictures to use. You can put a larger display image in, or even have the shop configured to allow you to add sound, description files, PDFs or documents.
You can manage your stock levels, destroy stock, add or delete stock. You can manage your client details and permissions, levels and access areas if applicable to your set-up. You can export and back-up the data in the shop, or interface with a back end system if required.
Reports can be set up to suit your needs including sales, stck levels, stock turnover, stock ratings, most profitable lines, customer profiles and more.
